Completed development of a new version of fabricut.org, the company’s website for employees. The site offers tools and information for employees such as vacation scheduling, an employee directory, the employee handbook, and online employment applications. It also allows HR to send and track text messages to employees via integration with Twilio’s SMS API.
October 2020
Received a Bravo Award, Fabricut’s recognition for significant contributions by employees, for my work on fabricut.org.
March 2021
Completed development to add a new product line, rugs, to fabricut.com, adding substantial value to the company’s residential segment. A Rug Configurator feature allows customers to select from standard and custom sizes, Soil & Stain treatments, and add-on rug pads. Rug products have a completely new data model unlike any other products previously offered, requiring significant modifications to the shopping cart and checkout process.
